Who We Are and How It Can Better Who You Are

Barbara Seifert, Ph. D. is the founder and President of Committed to Your Success Coaching & Consulting, but her accomplishments started long before she started coaching. After obtaining her doctoral degree in Human Resource Development from Barry University, Barbara held many various positions in the corporate world in both corporate and nonprofit organizations. In her 25 years of business experience, she mentored and trained employees and business providers to become successful and to achieve personal and organizational goals. Barbara has been instrumental in the formation of three programs: The Transitional Unit at ORHS Lucerne Hospital, The Orange County Central Receiving Center and The State of Florida TANF Program in District 13.

Barbara, is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker . As a coach, Barbara has a strong background in solving complex employee relations issues, as well as successfully coaching middle and executive leadership on situations and organizational problems, and in helping small businesses to grow their practices.

Dr. Seifert teaches both Career Management and studies related to older adults at the master’s level, so she is up-to-date on the latest trends for both areas, which is valuable to her clients. She is the Faculty Advisor for Sigma Phi Omega Honor and Professional Society in Gerontology.  She is a member of Phi Delta Kappa International Honor Society, the Gehrman Lehman Councils, the Southern Management Association, the American Society of Training & Development and the International Association of Coaches. She is a VIP member of Biltmore’s Who Who Among Execuives and Professionals and the eWomenNetwork. She was recently accepted as a member of Princeton Premier.

In her “spare time”, Barbara loves to dance, read, travel and is an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.

“Coaching is a special relationship between two people where I help you get clear on your most important goals. Then, meeting on a weekly basis – either in person or by phone – I’ll help you strategize an action plan and then hold your hand while you take the action”.
