Most of you will taking time off today to celebrate the 4th of July today. I love when a holiday is on a Friday to give a three-day weekend! But, some of us will be working to day. As I try to accommodate my clients, I will be coaching today. As the 4th is about freedom, I equate coaching to helping my clients get free - from fears, from a mindset that holds them back, or from a dead-end job. It is so “freeing” for me to help them accomplish their goals and feel empowered by the decision they make. So, in honor of our great country, hope you all have a blessed and restful day - find the freedom within you!
